How It Works

The system consists of interconnected half-pipe drainage channels arranged in a web pattern between two layers of shotcrete. When water seeps through the outer surface, it is immediately collected by the drainage strings and led to the base of the structure, eliminating pressure buildup.

Module Mounting involves mounting from top working downward, connecting modules with patented overlapping system, securing with 30mm concrete nails using nail gun, and installing from scaffold or scissor lift.

Final Coverage

Final Coverage applies covering shotcrete layer with modules completely encapsulated for fire and impact protection. 70% adhesion calculated between layers ensures monolithic structur.
